  1. Exchange Policy

    Senora has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order. All senora articles may be exchanged within three days of purchase. You will need to bear the cost of sending the returned item back to senora, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. Acceptance for exchange is subject to following condition: The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in it's original packing. It will be inspected by senora representatives. Original receipt must be presented and surrendered no credit note will be issue, nor any amount refunded if exchange is done for an item of lesser value. A purchase may only be exchanged once. Sale, discounted or promotion items will not be exchange.


  2. Order & Shipping

    Please place your order online by following the easy instructions to check out items you have added to your shopping cart. You can also place your order by calling Senora Customer service line at 0316-7996976 (11am – 8pm) and our agents will be happy to assist you. Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify or cancel your order. Upon reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email with reference number. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence or to track your order. After your reconfirmation, your order will be dispatched from senora, and will normally reach you in 9-10 business days, depending on your location. Customization will take time minimum 20 to 25 days. We are using Instaworld and Leopard courier for nationwide deliveries. If you have any concerns or comments upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately quoting the reference number so we may ensure your satisfaction.
